The hotel's location is absolutely perfect for exploring the town center and Old Town Zurich. All the important tourist locations are within walking distance, making it convenient to explore the entire old town without much effort. The staff at this hotel is very friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The basic amenities in the room were satisfactory, and we were grateful that the rooms did not have any unpleasant smoke smells. Additionally, the prices at this hotel were reasonable, especially considering that Zurich is known for being an expensive city. The included breakfast offered a good variety of options, including fruit, coffee, juice, bread.
All was perfectly fine during our stay.

The location is excellent. Parking garage is nearby and can be billed via the hotel. The staff is super friendly and is attentive to suggestions for improvement or criticism. The selection at the breakfast buffet is not very extensive, but sufficient and fresh. We will stay here again when we go to Zurich.
The light in the bathroom is not sufficient, at least for a woman who wants to put on makeup in the mirror. Unfortunately there was no magnifying mirror. The bathroom in my cousin's room was completely renovated, but the shower had only two small partitions without a door that could be closed. So the whole bathroom was under water after showering and the sink could only be used with dry feet before showering.

The building and rooms are lovely and have all the basics you need; the location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk from Wasserkirche Reformed Church, and the service is excellent.

Feeling that I loved this great and absolutely charming hotel after staying for 5 nights. The staff were gorgeous and absolutely perfect. Favourable location of the property in the walkable centre. Plus it was 5 mins drive from Lake Zurich.
